"We stayed a week in the hotel. Dimitri was excellent from the time we arrived and very helpful. Explained all the places to visit and how to get there. Breakfast was good and kept us going all morning and also varied daily. Final day my wife left her phone in the taxi and Dimitri helped us by calling the taxi driver and got him to deliver it it to the bus station."

"I used to work in an office next to this hotel, but only now just got a chance to stay in it. Morning buffet is very good, rooms are clean and interior design is nice. Location is a bit far from the center. Shower design is a bit odd, water spills out from the shower cabin into the bathroom, but this is common everywhere in Bulgaria."

Stayed for two nights and the trains go through all night, with loud tannoy announcements etc. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, but we were disappointed to have such a noisy room when it's a large hotel and didn't appear to be full.
