"Fantastic stay. Very clean and very comfortable. The host really made an effort to make this a wonderful property to rent. Very helpful and polite. Would 100% recommend and would stay again."
"This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception.
There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there.
I cannot...

Allercabin is a rustic, gorgeous comfy and relaxing heaven. The perfect location to explore Exmoor and to relax and unwind as well. Cannot say enough about the place. Everything is thought out, the hot tub heats fast, and looks fantastic lite at night with the lights. We truly felt at home and on our own even on a working farm but knew we could ask if needed anything as well."

"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "
"The house was excellent, we had a family event with most of the family staying at the Clock House, it was roomy, lovely decor, with 3 lounges and a large kitchen there was plenty of space for everyone..
The only negative is the water pressure in the area meaning timing for showers needed to be managed, but talking to Alan, it will hopefully be better as work was going on in the area to improve the water pressure around Nottage..
We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.."
"What a lovely stay! The place was quirky and surrounded by nature, peaceful and a great break from London. Our host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back. "

"Loved welcome to the hotel. Room was nice and the bed was very comfy. The views and grounds were beautiful. Breakfast there was plenty to choose from."
"Nice and cosy stay with good food in the restaurant and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, well appointed and had comfy beds for a good night sleep. What more would you need?"
"Our second stay at the White Hart, this time with two other couples. A very characterful old hotel in a nice little town, convenient for exploring north west Somerset or into Devon.
Being an old building there are some quite steep stairs and no lift but this did not cause us any issues.
Breakfast was a good cold buffet. At the time we visited there was no chef (last time we had dinner at the hotel) but we all had dinner all three nights at the Bear Inn over the road (good food, wide menu, its own Black Bear brewery, tables reservable). A couple of other restaurants in Wiveliscombe appeared on the internet but had closed.
Old building but kept clean. Appreciated tea and coffee making supplies being topped up.
Dog friendly.

"Lovely historic hotel in Lynmouth right by the water. Be aware that check-in ends at 10pm and front doors lock at 11pm, but staff are friendly and helpful if you need any accomodation around that. We called and were given instructions on how to get our keys on arrival after 10pm. As for our stay, the hotel was comfortable, quiet and lovely. The breakfast options were quite nice as well. "
"We stayed for 1 night. Staff and hotel were excellent, the kids bed was a bit small and uncomfortable for a 10 year old but the overalll stay was great and food was lovely in the restaurant. We didn’t get to try breakfast unfortunately as we had to leave at 7.30am and breakfast didn’t start till 8am"
