Heating in room intermittent so very cold, bathroom electric radiator broken so room very cold, room very tired in need of re-decoration and make over. Room not made up. Pub staff very nice

The hotel was great realy... our only moan is the steep staircase to the second floor, where unfortunately for us was where our room was. We are both elderly. Other than that it was a lovely place with lovely staff and a great breakfast.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were cheerful and helpful. We arrived a little early than the stated checked time. That was no problem. The room was ready and we were allowed to check in. The breakfast was well presented and gave plenty of choice. I would recommend this hotel.
