"Very friendly and welcoming host. The room was clean as were the bedding and towels. Room needed a bit of minor attention /cosmetic work but this did not detract from overall enjoyment of stay. Slept like a log ! The refreshment facilities were excellent and even offered use of dining room out of hrs for our own use if we needed. Good choice of breakfast ,cooked and cereals etc. The hotel also had a lounge available which added to the overall space for our use. Great location 10mins from railway...

"We stayed on a Sunday night in a HUGE family room. Beautiful high ceilings and a stunning stained glass window in an old building. The room was clean and had complimentary tea/coffee/milk etc and bottled water. The small bathroom was functional and clean and met all of our needs. The beds were comfy and we all slept very well. The staff were friendly and welcoming. No hot food was served but the staff had lovely recommendations for food nearby. There was no breakfast but we found a nice cafe...

"So many plus points: we received a lovely, friendly welcome. The Twenty One is conveniently located for the beach, seafront entertainment, shops, bars and restaurants without being too close (fairly quiet street with little through traffic and it’s associated noise). The decor is quirky and interesting. Our room was a great size with all the facilities we needed, including a comfy bed, quality bedding, decent size tv, blind/curtain combination keeping out the light overnight, good temperature,...

"Bathroom shower tiles could do with more attention to cleaning. Otherwise, pleasant stay and welcoming staff and owners. The room we stayed in was at the back of the property and and you could hear downstairs occupants early early AM which did disturb our sleep. However, the B&B was a pleasent stay Its located within a 20 min walk to the Old Town and central shopping areas. 5 mins walk from the pier. Local.corner shops too. "
