"Another amazing stay at Dar Al Masyaf, completely faultless .a prompt check in, the excellent staff in the villa, butlers on hand if you ever need anything. We found the e butler service very useful. The huge amount of dining options are great. Our kids (8&6 years) loved the kids club and the pool at the villas is handy. "Absolutely amazing Hotel, service is impeccable, I got an upgrade to a suite which was huge and as good or even better than any other five-star hotel I stayed at in Dubai. Service was very good, especially Linn from housekeeping. Wow. Spa area is also incredible. And the pricing for this hotel is truly affordable. You really get your moneys worth. I will be back soon!"

"The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We got a connecting room and the space was very functional as we had lots of luggage and there was space for everything. We were prepared with the correct charger and the front desk provided it no questions asked. The breakfast buffet has a out of variety, travelling with kids and we all found things to eat that we loved."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. It was located walking distance from the Emirates mall and other shops/restaurants. The hotel was very clean and it had all the amenities you would need for a short or long term stay. I will definitely stay again!"
