"The staff was great. Very attentive and efficient. The room was ok. The bed had small pillows with itchy fabric. The bathroom had rust in the tub and the shower head was dirty. However the water pressure was awesome. Breakfast was super mediocre. Yet it was good. The staff was the best part of the experience. Very accommodating kind and caring. Id stay there again if i needed a quick spot to rest and get up and leave. The gym was nice. My car was in good shape in the parking lot. Overall it was a good stay and i appreciate it."

"I was highly impressed! We ended up doing a late check in do to traffic when I called to let them know they were super nice and professional on phone. Upon arriving we were exhausted Deedee at front desk was AMAZING! She was quick to check us in and had a bright beautiful smile! She also was knowledgeable on parking for our event. The room was clean spacious a/c worked, blow dryer, iron, all the coffee stocked, towels were soft and plushy! I think my only suggestion is that they add lamps with ports to charge electronics. Thank you I am now a rewards member and will be looking to Hyatt for future travel! "

"For the money alone this was excellent for a 3-day weekend stay. Previous reviews set up a fear but the rooms were clean and comfortable we even had another person join us and got his own room and it was clean and good as well. We even extended our stay one more day. The location was wonderful we were three girls two of us with birthdays and we just wanted to find a good place with live music. There is four of them right at the back door of this place. And a cracker barrel next door. Opry Mills Mall was right around the corner and we were able to park in the back of the mall where the theaters were and walk through a white fence over to the botanical gardens at opryland motel they were beautiful. We caught the shuttle will not and went downtown and have a over bring us back. That went real well and nobody had to drive since we were drinking. I suppose if you stay there and you do feel like your room is dirty like in some of the previous reviews.just ask them to swap rooms"
