"Recently refurbished & very comfortable rooms, although a little overheated (even for an Aussie staying in winter!). Food was excellent & the bar staff were lovely. But be warned - there is no lift which isn’t made clear anywhere so getting a heavy suitcase upstairs was a challenge. Apart from that, I was very happy with the place - it’s well located across from the station & an easy walk to the town centre. "

"I had the most comfortable stay at the family suite that made me feel like I’m at home. The bed and pillows had been the best that I had a good night sleep even on my first night and that rarely happens in all these years of travelling for work. The microwave and sink was an added bonus. I wish I could stay here until April whilst working in Gloucester but I needed a laundry facilities to wash my uniforms. Mona catered to all my needs and has been extremely accommodating. "

"The check in was really simple and straight forward with instructions given prior to the visit. Upon arrival we were all really pleaaed to find the rooms as cosy and as comfy as they looked in rhe pictures. It was a great placw to stay in the centre of Nailsworrh and use as a base for exploring the surrounding areas. "
