The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! "Really good hotel for a trip to Biarritz. The area around is very quiet. Hotel was clean and the staff was really kind. It is a bit further away from town, around 15 minutes walking downhill, however the area around is beautiful. "

"Hotel was absolutely amazing. The only caveat was there was no room service after 10pm - not even for a beverage if you wanted one. No vending machines, no staff had access to any beverages. Had to walk outside in the freezing cold to the hotel next. door to ask their lobby if they had an orange juice. "

"This is a majestic old (but updated) hotel with excellent service. They gave us a tour of the facility and explained all the available services. The whirlpool, sauna, and steam room were all included in the price of the room. They even upgraded our room to ocean view! What incredible service at an incredible hotel. "
