"Very well customer service felt very welcome as from Check in. One problem is the carparking. We couldnt find the lift up to the hotel and there are renovation happening in the carpark area but not enough signage. "

"This Hotel is the top of line 5-stars hotel. It is the best of all the Lisboa hotels. The room is huge. It has a full size sofa and tables to enjoy the complimentary tea or coffee. It comes with a bed bench at the end of a king size bed. There are lots of space to fit a table and chair in front of the bed bench. The bathroom is also huge with separate bathtub and shower. The shower room is one of the best with dual overhead shower heads and it is one of the best shower we had. The amenities are 5-stars quality. The hotel provides free water bottles. The light switches by the bed control all the lights and power draperies. It has turn down service in the evening. The hotel has a wonderful outdoor garden. Free shuttles are provided for all the tourist attractions, ports, and ferry terminals. The casino also provides free drinks and snacks and we can even exchange currency. We will definitely return to this hotel. "
