"2nd time staying at Andaz Macau. Stayed there for 2 nights for this latest trip. Encountered few “not so great” events which started with - Delayed in room readiness. Arrived at 3pm but 1 of the 2 booked rooms was not ready. Even though we were promised to have the room’s cardkey delivered to the available room and we will be able to access immediately after we were back to the room. However, it was not available and we had to call and wait for it. - Spoilt toilet door. The first room’s toilet sliding door can be frosted through manual button for privacy purpose. We initially noticed that the door was out of the hinge so we requested for repairs. The repairmen arrived promptly. After investigation, they repaired the sliding hinge but with another issue where the frosting mechanism would need “precise” positioning for it to work and repairing it may need hours. We hope the hotel could work on ensuring the facilities’ conditions before handing the room to their guests. Overall, the place is great with excellent shuttle service around Galaxy compound and the hotel front desk service is excellent. Hope to see improvements on my next trip!"
