"This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived early after a red eye from Miami and they checked us in at 8:30 in the morning. It only go better from there. the location is perfect and right next to a main Metro station that can get you anywhere in Lisbon in 20 minutes or less. the room are superb and cleaned daily, including towels and face clothes not available in every Portuguese hotel. The daily morning brunch is to die for, and has everything and anything you could ever want or hope for including an egg station for eggs the way you want them. The morning maitre di, Marcio is absolutely the best. We will be staying at this hotel everythime we go to Lisbon."

Hotel very clean and great rooms and the breakfast buffet was amazing. If you’re looking for a great culinary experience within the hotel try their “Soul Garden” restaurant. "The room service are bad during the night and our toilet door is broken. But the food the location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast crew are very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is near the metro, which you could travel to city center or to some tourist destination. There's McDonald's, grocery store and Chinese restaurant nearby. My best advice... buy 1 day or 3 day ticket in the metro if u travelling."

"The Metro was right outside and very convenient for getting to the Centre and to the Airport, Handy grocery store next door, Room was clean and comfortable, As a woman the neighborhood was a little dodgy, but overall Ok since we didn't stay there much. I'd use it again"
