"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "

"We had a great stay in La Spezia. This apartment was a 2 minute walk to the train station which made going around the Cinque Terra very easy. Check-in was easy to understand and we arrived to a very clean and new apartment. "Had a great stay at this property. Very modern/contemporary build. Everything was walking distance and very convenient. We went Dec 25-27 so the offfice (which is in the same hallway as our room) was closed but they were available via WhatsApp 24/7. Security (keypad entry) was very good since there were 2 entrance points into that hallway. And the 3rd one was a card key into our room which securely put in a lockbox outside the room door.
