"We had to book at the last minute due to an emergency family vist in the area,Tracey who greeted us on a late arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to get us some food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived,it was much appreciated.lovely grounds to sit in on the outside and in.we had a dinner the next evening at Mickys dinner just 10 min up the road wich was recommended to us,nice friendly staff and nice food."

"Beautiful apartment with 2 bed 2 bath and full kitchen. Easy access from the tube about 10 minutes walking. Host met me at arrival. Nice and clean, only thing is the drains in the bathroom sinks drain a bit slow and the shower water pressure is a bit low. Overall great stay and would repeat."

"We did not end up staying at our original booked property, as the day before our arrival the host informed us of an upgrade to another property. The new property was beyond our expectations. Closer to LCY (8 minutes drive), grocery, shops, restaurant and public transport (within 5 minute walk). The host arrived early, was friendly and will informed about the area and getting around and places to visit, he also answered all our questions. "I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"I stayed here for 4 nights while attending an expo at the Excel Centre. Perfect location, maybe a 15-minute pleasant walk to the Elizabeth Line and then only one stop to Custom House for Excel. The apartment gave me plenty of space to chill out after a long day, watch TV etc. I dined out every evening, but should you wish everything you would need for home cooking was there with the oils, condiments and spices to support such efforts. Coffee machine with pods etc Apartment is is on top...

"Waited 30 mins for the owner to turn up with keys. Only 3 towels, no hand towels, no tea towels, no cleaning materials, dishwasher stunk, neither tv’s worked, no air conditioning, no toiletries, old stained pillows and doonas in cupboards, balcony door didn’t open so no fresh air, no bowls, 2nd bedroom bed very soft and uncomfortable, no ironing board, sink broken in main bathroom, not thoroughly cleaned, needs a good clean and repaint. When I contacted booking agent I was on hold for 30 minutes...

Convenient, Friendly & Good Value

"Hotel is very convenient for London City Airport and the DLR into central London as well. I had a nice room with good facilities and good size too. I ate in the restaurant one night and the food was good and reasonably priced as well. I'm not sure what else is around the area, as I don't venture out, but with access to train less than 1Km walk away, you can easily go further afield."
