"Bancuang Mansion was beautifully decorated. The staff were all very attentive and polite. They were accommodating to all our requests and even brought us towels at the pool without us asking. The food in the restaurant was delicious and fresh. We had breakfast there every morning and a couple of lunch and dinners. There were other restaurants near by as well and the main town is walking distance (just down the street)."

"I didnt know what to expect when I booked it. Arrival was by bus from the airport to the harbour and boat to the island. The harbour is not easy to maneuvere, and not advisable for anyone with mobility issues. There are 16 cottages and they are small but lovely, mine [number 1] was right on the beach. The staff and boatmen are lovely and nothing is a problem to them, including arranging excursions for you. Food is good and pool area great. Thank you for a wonderful peaceful week."

"Chindonan is located in a remote place and I had no problem getting there after being picked up at the port from the ferry - 45 minute speedboat ride. I came here for the diving and it did not disappoint. The food at the restaurant was tasty and offered a variety, including for vegetarians. All units require many steps to get there so it’s not for those who don’t want or cannot walk distances and stairs. "

"The hotel was mostly empty. We got upgraded from the free included breakfast to the buffet breakfast, likely because it would be too much of a hassle to maintain two breakfast services with so few guests. The pool was mostly empty which was nice and quiet for us. The massage has been moved from the lobby to a small building outside. "This place was perfect for us. My children and I enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and shopping in town, including diving shops, spas, and recreational activities. Breakfast was excellent and unique each day, the bar was well stocked, and the restaurant provided a convenient backup to any meal needs we had.
