"First off aside from the weather which you have no control over everything happened. No air conditioning, no wifi, , no water everything went wrong that week"

"Close to the airport also close to the head strip. Location was well clean staff was friendly 24 hour security, automatic gates two bedroom, full kitchen, living room, backyard pool everything that you can need for your stay for wise Y and cable I highly recommend."

"The property is in a very convenient location. Close to shopping plaza, other resorts and beaches. It's a great property for families looking for more space than a hotel room. The property is clean and safe. Host is also very responsive. "

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"This propert does NOT have all the amenities as advertised. There is NO on site restaurant, bar or 24 hour front desk available. Very misleading . "

"The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb."

"The room was horrible it was dirty the air half worked, the stove was rusty no way could anyone cook on it.The ceiling tile was filthy and in areas it leaked.There was no daily house keeping,there was huge roaches in the room the sliding door was broken we barley could use the balcony,the box springs on the beds were dry rotten.. The fabric litterly was falling off of the box springs.No tea and coffee maker..as promised the tub would not drain properly, the was were dirty... But I had fun...

"First of all I booked with El Greco so when the itinerary came back with this info I was surprised, however my card was already charged so I figured what could go wrong. At 3:15 I asked the Lady at the desk when would the room be ready, she actually picked up the phone called Housekeeping and informed the person on the other end of the line that *the lady that supposed to check in a complain* mind you right in front of me. The room smelled like roaches were the only occupants of the room,...

"No issue with the property at all - have stayed here many times and it is lovely. Do not deal with Burbank Vacations. They overbooked and left me stranded with nowhere to go at Christmas. DO NOT deal with these people."

"The property was extremely clean and neat. You are getting more than what you pay for. Fortunately after reading a negative review I decided to take a chance and stay at this property and I am so glad I did. Had I went with the review I would have missed out on a fabulous property. When I arrived it only took a minute or two to gain access to the property. I was greeted by Mr. Robin who explained the in's and out's and the security protocol. "Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly,black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night,front door doesn't lock...

"My family and I stayed at Coral Springs the last week of December 2024 through New Year 2025. Overall, I would say I was quite pleased with the resort. My room was spacious and clean, daily room service was provided, there was a nice lounge area to relax in, along with a roomy patio and comfortable egg chair. The beach area was comfy and clean…just need to get there early to get a lounge chair. Food options were pretty good. We stayed on the resort for 7 days and ate somewhere different every night. Generally the staff was helpful and friendly but occasionally you ran into a person or two that you could tell did not want to be there. New Year’s Eve was a blast although the host did not count down the last 10 seconds…someone had to yell out “Happy New Year”…not ideal…ugh! All that said, would I go back…absolutely. Newman-Simmons Family"
