"Wonderful resort that had an amazing view of the harbor. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, helpful and always smiling. We were there over a long weekend and spent our days up on the rooftop pool, and evenings in the various restaurants. Unfortunately in the summer, not all of them were open every day. We were there with a large group of family, and the plan was to have a 'base' in one of the larger suites, and the rest of the family could gather there for breakfast and the birthday party, however the resort is set up that you can only access the floor for the room you are staying in. The suites are in two towers, and the hotel rooms are in a separate building. We worked around it, but it kept us from gathering more often. My favorite part was the shower - it had a bar to rest my foot on to make shaving easier. First time ever in a hotel! :)"

"They did not have an alarm clock, or any other clock in the room. I complained and asked for one to be delivered, but they never fulfilled that request. Also, when requesting an alarm clock, they said to just use a wake up call, and the wake up call did not come at the promised time. Those two actions together, is unacceptable for a property of this stature."

"My husband and I own a Handyman Business and once every couple of months we rent a room to get away, relax and be alone. This was our 2nd time there and had a perfect weekend. The nighttime guy Derek was there again and I can't say enough about him. He is so personable, funny and really goes out of his way to make our stay great. I was so upset when we showed up Friday evening only to find out I had booked the wrong dates through Hotel.com. He calmed me down got us into a room and told me what to do to change my other date to saturday. Hotel.com was very good too, the guy called Derek and between the 2 of them everything got straightened out and within an hour, my husband and I were relaxing in the jacuzzi and pool. We had a great stay. You are blessed to have such an outstanding employee. We look forward to coming back next month."
