"Well, I love the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. The AC worked fine. Since I have some meetings in town, I normally returned late but always have some one waiting to let me get in. My room was made everyday. there are lote places to eat the street behind the hotel. "Minha experiência não foi muito boa. Os pontos positivos são: a localização do Hotel, excelente café da manhã, banheiro grande e os funcionários atenciosos. Os pontos negativos: fiquei no quinto andar, as camas eram velhas, colchões horríveis, roupa de cama furada. Além disso, os elevadores precisam ter melhor manutenção, acabei ficando presa dentro dele pois parou de funcionar assim que eu entrei. Outro ponto, foi que reservei 4 quartos e precisávamos de 1 vaga de estacionamento, porém no dia que chegamos o estacionamento estava lotado e meu carro teve que ficar na rua. Acredito que o Hotel precise de uma remodelagem nos móveis e troca total de roupas de cama e travesseiros."

"The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated."
