Fiquei com receio de usar as toalhas porque estavam aparentando estarem sujas, água da torneira da pia fraquíssima, o chuveiro basicamente em cima do vaso, mas tudo isso é até ok, afinal era só uma noite. Mas o que foi péssimo e que achei absurdo foi o atendimento da recepcionista, ela nitidamente não gosta de trabalhar nesse hotel! Sem dúvida é um local que pretendo não hospedar mais e muito menos recomendar.

Pontos positivos: a recepção foi incrível. Amei muito a (se não me engano o nome) Jaqueline. Fui bem recepcionada até quando chegava tarde dos lugares rsrs. Sobre o conforto e a limpeza: a cama era gostosinha, os lençóis estavam limpos e o cheirinho do quarto era agradável. O café da manhã também é bem gostoso. Tem muita variedade de comida. Pontos negativos: entrei no quarto e fui surpreendida com a porta do guarda-roupa quebrada. Isso foi bem perigoso porque a qualquer momento ela poderia cair. A minha namorada foi abrir a torneira do banheiro e a água estava laranja. No outro dia, fui tomar banho e cadê a água? Não tinha. No mais, achei bem localizado e tranquilo, afinal, eu quase não ficava no hotel. Achei salgado o preço para tantos problemas.

O atendimento e a disponibilidade das funcionárias para solução de alguns problemas foi excelente. Precisa melhorar a acessibilidade do apartamento 204: Sanitário muito baixo e faltam barras de segurança. Sugiro colocar um assento para deficientes no sanitário. Café da manhã bom. Poderia colocar, diariamente, pelo menos 2 frutas e o suco ser natural. A limpeza do hotel é muito boa.
