"I loved my stay here. Because it’s high season, we didn’t get to extend our stay but Mayra and the staff were so helpful. They let us use the hospitality room to wash up after the beach. And they let us keep our luggage for a few hours because our flight was in the evening. The breakfast was super good and the staff were very nice and kind. "After a long haul flight arrived at the hotel at 8am but check in was not available. Staff said come at 12pm and then 2pm but check in was done at 3pm. Staff not very helpful. Did not respond to emails before arrival date. Hotel is on a busy noisy street, windows are not double glazed. No coffee or tea facilities in room. Limited hangers. Overall hotel was basic quality. Hotel was in a good location. Breakfast had a good choice."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and shower spacious. Facility was overall clean and confortable. Liked Pool área. Two criticisms: one elevator was out almost all week making waits longer. The tiny soap bars that are left in the room are úseles for showering so we had to go buy a regular soap bar. That is unacceptable "
