"Front desk lady was brilliant very helpful and cheerful. Location of accommodation is brilliant, with amazing views, rooms look nice and comfortable. But unfortunately where it lost me was the bed was very hard and I don't mind a firmer mattress. Maybe it is just our room and others are better but ..."
