"Apartment is big and was very comfortable for our family, however it needs some tlc. The location is in a good area but high from the center, you will need to go up/down the scalinata. The living room has bay windows with a great view. The balcony was also nice. "
"We stayed 2 nights at the Cinquecento apartments in the Rafaello room. We booked the room as a deluxe suite and would say it was an average room. The toilet did make a lot of noise after flushing and there was a bad smell after. We only paid £50 a night so very good price for a good location less than 10 min from La Spezia Centrale. "
