"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. I know the hotel since it was being build, but this was the first stay. covid rules are quite optional since the owner of the hotel and the senior staff are not using any masks. If you go to the reception to use the gel from there you will get some strange looks. the room itself was clean, except 2 forks and 2 knifes you don't get anything with the room. the fridge and the AC are unplugged from the socket, so you need to do it...
