"The room was older but ok, it was spacious and the sea view spectacular, although a little noisy from traffic in the evening, it quietens down at night. The only disappointment was AC not working and we did have a few warm nights where it was needed. Breakfast was good with friendly service."

"I was booked for 3 days, I left after 1. Nothing but problems at this hotel and my room had cockroaches, live and dead. Gross. They gave me a different room but I did not feel comfortable. They would not refund my money as I had prepaid for 3 days. It may have once been a nice place, sadly not anymore "

"Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, centre of town. The included breakfast was excellent. There was no kettle in the room to make tea and coffee nor an iron (although this seems to be the norm in Italy). The staff made me cups of tea at the bar when requested. There were no blackout curtains or blinds so the room was very light at night with spotlights from adjacent building and bright sun in the morning. "I was there for a nigh, the staff was extremely nice and helpful in any way, the room was OK, clean, the facility seems under a sort of renovation I guess so, it was ok for 1 night. "

"Stayed here for 2 weeks on our honeymoon. Breakfast was outstanding everything made fresh daily. Rooms clean daily. Was able to visit almost every major city in Italy from here/ very centralized. Super safe it’s gated and host gives you your own keyfob for entry/exit. Above all the hosts were amazing and super kind. Would rate 10 stars if I could. Def recommend staying here vs closer to the city and cannot beat their prices! Loved our stay here. "

"Nice and quiet. Our window opened out to a vineyard surrounded by Olive trees. Included breakfast is a croissant, packaged toast and coffee. No other options. We stayed 09/29 - 10/02, restaurant on site was closed. Staff was helpful and directed us to places nearby. 10 drive to Colombini for lunch (excellent) or Conca di Sapore for dinner (OK)."

"The bedroom was nice and clean with AC and a little tv. The bed a very firm queen mattress placed low to the floor. The bathroom was very small with 2 toilets, a sink with a mirror, and a tall/narrow shower. The used towels and the used toilet paper is restocked daily. They do not speak a word of English. The bedding was not replaced once while staying there for 9 days. The door locks were very difficult to use."
