"The Air Conditioning units may need some work, although weather humidity levels wasn't helping. Also there are ongoing renovations which makes construction noise understandable. The property is beautiful and maintained very well.Aura the staff went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations with customer service. I utilize a wheelchair and could not find any hotels that could accommodate me, the staff at this hotel worked with me to ensure that I could use the pool, that the cabana was as accessible as possible. They even built a ramp so that I could use the cabanas, they installed it within a day...

"Everything was exactly as seen in the pictures and as described. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The area is safe and many places to dine and swim. There are many different beaches in the area to choose from. Location was easy to find as staff sent me a short video showing me how to access their property. In addtion my family that lives in ES was able to visit me at no additional cost. I highly recommend staying at El Xalli."
