"The service at the hotel was excellent. Every staff member was very helpful and extremely nice. I stayed there with my mother and they were very nice to both of us. Breakfast is provided and it was very good. The ladies that work in the kitchen were very nice and helpful in getting your breakfast just right. The parking is limited but the staff are very helpful in keeping track of the vehicles in case you do need to park behind some one. Very secured with 24 hour surveillance. Front desk attendant Rita, Hector and Rafael were amazing and provided excellent service and support during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here when you travel to San Salvador. "

"Fabulous hotel right across from the mall. This hotel has it all! Very beautiful and spacious, clean with 3 restaurants of your liking and great food. The staff was wonderful and they went above and beyond to accommodate me from hotel pick up to drop off at the airport! I went to the spa and the services were great there too. I Highly recommend your stay here!!"

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the views are absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of El Salvador. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor, making every meal something to look forward to. The location is peaceful, and the weather was perfect during my visit. Overall, a wonderful place with top-notch hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. "
