However I could not resist the homemade apple bread. The B&B is in an updated historic home of German architecture and adorned with original artwork by one of the owners. "We had a wonderful relaxing 4 night stay at this beautiful historic hotel. Gorgeous views of the lake ,island and mountains 24/7 . We were on the third floor in the superior suite which was magical. There truly were Condors flying outside our windows and everything we needed in the fully stocked room. The friendly helpful staff made this a highlight if our trip to South America. "
