The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. "Beautiful property & serene surroundings with excellent service. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet and dinners. Staff at every level were warm, welcoming and helpful. The concierge ( Esteban N.) was very efficient in helping us organize airport transfers, dinner reservations & golfing requests. We plan to return in the future to experience their summer. "

"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!"
