"The location is perfect and so is the customer service from the staff. Also the restaurant/breakfast area staff are incredibly helpful. Stephen from the waiting staff in the hotel went out of his way to get me ‘Bulalo’ because I wanted it for dinner. A big thank you to the team. There’s also a mall attached to the hotel where you can pretty much get whatever you want and also a number of eateries."

"The place was over-all good however, the TV has very limited channels and usually does not have good service. Some channels just shows black screen with audio. Staff was great and place was very clean and accessible "

"We stayed at this hotel for over 4 weeks, not continuously, in between travels to other cities outside of Cebu City. I appreciate the excellent service of the entire staff, from the cafe, to housekeeping, the from desk, the security team, all in all, very good service. And the owners and management team were great and accommodating. We will definitely come back. This will be our go to place like home in Cebu City. Thank you, team Cebu Hotel Plus!!!"

"Very spacious rooms and clean. The business lounge is one of the best hotel lounges I have been to so I would recommend the upgrade. If you go to the pool, I suggest going early in the morning because the hotel blocks the sun by noon. We booked a package deal with airfare and hotel with a 3rd party so we did not receive the premium title even though we stayed 5 days which we weren’t aware of. Great stay and I would recommend."
