"Pros: Location (few minute walk to dining and shopping. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable Cons: Bit noisy from the streets. No complimentary slippers. Rooms are on the small side. Shower design is bad (water gets all over the floor by the sink). No concierge service (couldn't even get change to break a latger bill) Other: Lobby is on the 3rd floor. No bottled water in the room but have water stations on each floor to fill pitcher (provided) or personal water bottles"

"Nice property, one of our grab drivers said the hotel is new. The walls are paper thin, we were by a room that never slept and continually rang the door bell and made a lot of noise, that isn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was fine, convenient at least. Staff was very nice, the security guard at the door always rushed to open the door, which wasn't necessary, but they seemed happy to do it."

"Really liked this hotel in the heart of Cebu city. Great location near good restaurants, Robinsons supermarket and the entertainment district. Bu really, Mango square doesn't live up to the hype. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good despite the complainers. Standard rooms quite small, good for solo traveller like me. Overall, very good hotel."

"The staff were wonderful and the room was comfortable. I was very happy with the service! The breakfast was tasty and balanced, good value. I have to be honest that the building has visible damage, which is unfortunate since it was built recently. I think it may be faulty construction rather than maintenance issue. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean which is most important, but the room could have been cleaner (floors and bathroom counter needed a scrub)"

"We stayed at this hotel for over 4 weeks, not continuously, in between travels to other cities outside of Cebu City. I appreciate the excellent service of the entire staff, from the cafe, to housekeeping, the from desk, the security team, all in all, very good service. "It’s convenient, walking distance to the mall, pharmacy, restaurant, money exchange a few blocks to S&R grocery shopping. Closer to ports, had to catch the ferry boat island hopping. Have its own money exchange. Friendly staff."
