"The property is fantastic. It’s close to the main downtown. We had a 2 Br panoramic suite, which are great if you are not on the lower floor. We were allotted a lower floor which was surrounded by vegetation. Next day we were moved to a higher floor and it was perfect. The food is great and the service is fantastic. "

"We loved the location of this property, away from all the tourists and walking distance to the beach. The staff was very friendly. Our kids loved the pool and they have great food at the restaurant. The facilities are a little run down and they had strict limits on towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a fancy resort."

"We had a wonderful stay at Costa Sur Resort in Puerto Vallarta. Pros: • Beautiful waterfront location with easy beach access. • Safe, with great activities, pools, and poolside bar service. • Friendly front desk and poolside staff. • Convenient bus stop right in front of the resort. Cons: • Limited walkable roads and no nearby shopping or dining options. • Room service was a bit slow, and there was a leaking water pipe under the sink. • No conditioner was provided throughout our stay, though...

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Xinalani. The rooms and public spaces were beautiful. The food was outstanding. The service was kind and attentive. I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for years but this was the best trip. Being on a secluded private beach and watching all the wildlife was fantastic. The daily yoga class is not to be missed. Nearby is a fun walk to a waterfall, a small town to wander, and a longer hike to other beaches. "

"We just stayed almost two weeks at this property and had a wonderful trip! Cheers to Christian and Alfredo at the beach for making sure my drink was always full! Hugo kept the party going at the pool with games and blackjack. Maxal was our favorite dinner spot and shout out to Gabriel for being so amazing! For lunch, you can't beat Cocomar, Aaron their chef, made me the most delicious lobster I've ever had! And the best service of all goes to Mario also at Cocomar. He was so friendly and funny, kept us all laughing and having a great time! Also he had great tequila recommendations, we tried one of their best sipping tequilas, definitely worth it! The amenities are wonderful but it's the staff that really makes it a once in a lifetime trip! Thanks to you all and we'll definitely be back :) "
