"We really enjoyed our stay at the Miason Lamartine, everyone was very nice and the location is excellent, many places to eat and shop. We were able to experience France and its culture. We recommend staying here if you are a foreigner and want to enjoy French culture. "

"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding."

"This villa is home away from home! I absolutely adored everything about it, the rooms are really large and renovated, it comes fully equipped with kitchen, utensils, and pots and pans, and the view never gets old. The rooms come with air conditioning as well. The hotel manager, Andrea, is very nice and sweet and super helpful. It is only a 10 minute walk to Monaco. This villa was so peaceful and cozy. "Check in was a bit difficult as it was on Sunday, no one there and needed a code that wasn’t working. But the nice guy at the snack bar got it figured out for me and I was able to sit by the pool while waiting. The views from the sea view rooms are unbelievable and the pool is fantastic! I highly recommend the stay, just make sure to get checkin instructions. Beautiful place! "

"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We received a queen bed and a futon that one toddler could sleep on. At this point, we requested a refund from the owner, to which he agreed. We immediately returned...

"we were originally given the wrong room but it was quickly resolved by the lovely lady at reception, amazing location, gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff! made our first time in Nice one to remember and we will definitely be back. The only thing i’d say is the air con not working so we opened the window but due to the street we were on (near the train station) it was extremely loud at night so struggled to sleep one night. Great Location for Old Town

"Great location for the Old Town & the many restaurants nearby. Close to the Promenade des Anglais so the beach too. Reception staff were very welcoming & helpful with any queries. Rooms were very nice & clean only slight issue is rooms overlooking the street can be noisy - overall a very nice hotel that we'd stay in again "

first time in Nice

"we were originally given the wrong room but it was quickly resolved by the lovely lady at reception, amazing location, gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff! made our first time in Nice one to remember and we will definitely be back. The only thing i’d say is the air con not working so we opened the window but due to the street we were on (near the train station) it was extremely loud at night so struggled to sleep one night. Overall we loved our stay here and will be back "

"Excellent hotel in the heart of the old town, 2 mins walk to the beach and the tram that goes to the Nice train station. It on a side street and very quite. We have a two-level unit and the room is spacious. Bathroom is large. The room is well desingned and functional, internet was great. Highly recommended. "
