The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and linens were cozy, plus a nice selection of different type of pillow for your comfort or preference. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want and it was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very lovely staff! Anna, Fadha, forgive me for not remembering all your names! Had a larger room on 5 th floor. Elevator stops at 4 th floor- have to carry up from 4 th but no big deal for us. Nice breakfast daily. Staff were quick to resolve any needs/ shortcomings. Location good- right next to grocery store. Fahda gave good recommendations for French restaurant. Would stay here again.

This hotel is in an excellent location, next to a vibrant shopping/dining boulevard for walking and only trams. The room size is a bit smaller but that's expected in France. The breakfast spread was awesome with lots of pastries and other options. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful location, amazing staff, fun, friendly, helpful and a big part of the great experience. Room nice, clean but I was on street side, noisy all night, they kindly leave ear plugs by the beside. Good rooms, excellent breakfast. Walking distance to everywhere. Would go back.

Very friendly staff, great location. We got a fairly big room for our family, which was great. Things smelled a bit moldy because the shower had clearly leaked into the hall carpet before we arrived. An excellent place to stay on our short 3 night visit to beautiful nice. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Very welcoming and helpful staff in the breakfast room. Comfortable room (bit small) Great shower and good sized bathroom. The hotel was in a great location off the main shopping street and within walking distance to airport train, city tram, bars, restaurants & shops.
