The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "RockyPop Hotel in Chamonix is a fantastic choice for families. The hotel is spotless, with a friendly atmosphere and an amazing team – always smiling, helpful, and very attentive to food allergies, which made our daughter extremely happy to enjoy the buffet safely. The location is perfect – a bus stop right next to the hotel (10 minutes to Chamonix center) and the Multipass makes all cable cars and trains free and unlimited. Comfortable rooms and great facilities make this place perfect for relaxing after exploring the beautiful hiking trails."

"The hotel is easy to find and has an option for paid parking. The staff at the front desk was very friendly as was able to communicate in English. We stayed in the family room on the top floor with our three boys (ages 16, 13, 9) and they loved the bedroom nooks and the Pac-Man machine. The room was very clean. We were there on a very hot night in July though, and the room was very warm - it could use some fans during the hottest days. We enjoyed getting a drink at the bar and sitting in the small garden area outside. There’s a nice reception area in the lobby for drinks or playing games. The whole hotel was decorated really fun and was modern with a youthful energy. I would stay again. "
