"This hotel is fine but they don’t do the little things that could make it a much better experience. The buffet breakfast and Shabbat dinners are ver good but only half the foods and salads had descriptions of what it was. It was 90* in Jerusalem -why not have water available to guests in lobby? The first Shabbat we we were there the room was great. Next Shabbat when we returned - same room price- room was small and the tv and some lights were out. " Outstanding service by Joseph, many commodities provided. Simply one of the best customers service I have ever had and i traveled the world. We where greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates, it was a great experience. Details like nespresso coffee capsules, cookies, new toothbrushes and great Dead sea soap products. "I had mixed up the dates and was prepared to pay for a new room. But the staff, Maria and her colleague, sorted everything out, made a lot of phone calls so i did not need to pay for new rooms.
