"This is not a hotel or motel. It is a floor with nice rooms. The only time we saw anyone behind the desk was when guests were expected. It was difficult to reach out to anyone. "The property was located in a very central area of Civitavecchia. The owner of the B & B arranged our shuttle to the inn. The service was spot on. The person who met us at the B&B was very knowable of the area as well as the property. She provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner which was very welcomed. Owner provided us with a shuttle to our ship which removed the stress of us arranging transportation by ourself. I highly recommend this establishment."
