"Great location and a very clean room. The owner is friendly and helpful. When arriving, you'll have to arrange an arrival time. Although we did that, there was no one there when we arrived and we had to wait for half on hour which wasn't a very good start for a couple of days stay. The internet connection was poor, at least in the upper room, and most of the time there was no access. All in all, though, I would recommend Anastasia Suite, especially if you value location above all."

"Adorable hotel. Decor makes me smile. Location literally couldn't be better. The host was friendly and offered us a second room for free since it was unoccupied. Shared bathroom was great - personal bathroom was very small. Only other negative was quality of the sheets was cheap. Otherwise a great place!"

Customer service had the nerve to say that I would be refunded as a "one time courtesy." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Anyway, still waiting for the refund."

"Fantastic location, less than 5 minutes walk from the central tourist area and the arena. Small supermarket 100 yards away for essentials. Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Very good, that they also provide the ability to store bags after check out if your flight is later in the day. They were very kind to let me have a late check in as my flight was delayed.
