"A lovely welcome from staff and in particular the reception staff were extremely helpful with all our enquiries. Our stay was 4 nights and we used it as a base to visit different places in the area. The bus shuttle service into Forio was welcome and we were happy to do the 20 minute walk back after supper out in Forio. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the sea views from both our room and the main hotel areas. "

"Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area. The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area. "This is a beautiful oasis. Terraced gardens and open spaces to sit and enjoy the incredible panoramic views. There are numerous seating areas, lawn chairs… special spots to take in the moment. The thermal pool is excellent and so relaxing at the end of the day. The solarium is warm and cozy even if the weather is not good. "Thank you to Paola and Dario. This place is AMAZING! The hotel grounds have a resort feel to them and are very well kept. We were welcomed and informed every step of the way. Someone even offered to come get us at our ferry to bring us to the hotel. Paola and Dario were so friendly and they spoke English. The room and view was incredible. It’s so inviting. "It was a decent place to lay your head at especially for the price.The rooms were hot and stuffy, only one fan per room and certain people would hog it up for themselves. The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. I stayed in a room with a balcony and got scared at one point bc I heard someone climbing the balcony and getting in my room, I believe it was one of the owners lol...

"Very Nice pool but the other facilities and rooms are not great. Front desk staff are very helpful but the service throughout the hotel is a bit lacking We had booked three rooms but when we were shown to them none of them ready. The shower leaked and the coffee and breakfast were not very appetizing."
