"This was a real treat. The room was immaculate and in a very quiet area. The breakfast options were fantastic and now that I know pistachio croissants exist, I’m not sure how I will live without them. Marcella, at the front desk, was eager to help provide assistance with directions, reservations, and suggestions. I would absolutely stay again without hesitance."

"Excellent option. Only some issues with the room service. We were three in each of the rooms and there was no chance to make the personnel that prepared/cleaned the rooms to understand they needed to give un plates and cups for three people. Also had to ask for toillet paper. On the contrary the personnel at the breakfast area was absolutelly great. In particular Mrs Tyss, she was really kind and attentive."

"Room was small and hot. My room facing the street was very noisy. The windows had no screen to get fresh air and had pigeons flying and hovering outside of window . The front desk were very helpful and nice "

"Amazing receptionist staff Rita! Helped us with transfers to winery and booking tours and dinner. Our winery tour on property was great knowledgeable and gave us a lot of wine to choose. Best spa i’ve been to and i’ve been to a lot. masseuse was very skilled on her technique "

"Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. We did not have breakfast or lunch at the resort but we did have dinner. As someone who is accustomed to fine dining, it was disappointing. Food was under seasoned and lacked depth of flavor. I would definitely stay here again! Just next time venture down the way 5 minutes to a local restaurant. ☺️"
