"Peoperty is not pet friendly. Check in staff wonderful. Breakfast staff, wonderful. Housekeeping, not much staff. We often had to ask for our needs. At the bar/eat in area, we had an argument with one of the young ladies there, as we had voichers for food abd upon leaving the area, she stopped with physical touch my sister who has alzheimers/dementia and staff was well aware of this and role her she owed money. Upon one of my sisters walked back because my ill sister wasnt behind, she kindly tapped the young girl just to ask what happened and the staff, the young girl, yelled, dont touvh me! You have to pay. There is so much more to this but noone there repremended the staffs behavior or qnything. We did erite complain for management. Hopefully womething is resolved"

"Food very average. Rooms clean and well designed. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Access to beach is great but beach is very dangerous. Constant red flag not to go swim. Front desk kept messing up our room keys. Had to go back three times to fix. And concierge forgot about my car rental info. Overall 3.5 out of five rating. "

"Stayed in a King Ocean view room - the view was gorgeous, the room was clean and cleaned every day, the pool and hot tub were great. We ate at all of the restaurants and didn't have a bad meal (one was kinda slow but Island Time is a real thing). All of the staff were very friendly and outgoing and helpful. We loved it and would go back in heartbeat. "
