"El hotel está muy bien, la pequeña Alberca en la habitación es pequeña pero suficiente. El staff es muy amable. No tuvimos problema para estacionamiento. Los puntos negativos son que la vista es a una zona residencial y que el desayuno en realidad es solo un café y un pequeño plato de frutas, en realidad no es un desayuno como lo anuncian."

"Friendly people! I like that the localtion is not in a hotel zone but rather in a nice neighborhood with eating options. One negative was that the WIFI signal did not really reach our room upstairs. Also be advised, no coffee on premise. - we found a nice cafe nearby though! "

"It was a lovely place to stay for one night stopover in Cancun. It had plenty of eateries very close and within easy access to buses and taxis. The check-in was slow and it was not clear where to go. We waited outside the gate and had tried to call the hotel but there was no answer. In the end we enquired at the cafe and was told to wait there until a staff can come check us in. The room was nice and simple and clean and served our needs."

"This hotel has unique and unusual rooms. They make really good pizza and salads, with good service. There's a lot of stairs and it takes energy to get around in the neighborhood. It's not a resort experience, but the pool is nice. I'm worried about the tortoise they keep in the lobby."
