"It was our first time at the property and my family absolutely LOVED the experience. We had a lot of friends recommend that we summer vacation with JW Marriott HC as opposed to flying to a summer vacation. We were very impressed and our kids had a blast. Activities were great, staff was incredible, convenience factor was awesome, I spoke with Daisy a manager there (I didn't request a manager, I just got lucky that she picked up the phone) and was super sweet and accommodated us incredibly well.
The one thing that was a bit surprising was the price of food and beverages. I completely understand that it is a JW Marriott with a partnership, but it was a bit of a surprise to us (Full transparency).
BUT we loved our stay, and we will definitely be coming back!"

"We were welcomed by day manager and she was awesome! Very friendly polite and eager to help us with any questions we had. The rest of the staff were also nice and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable beds. I like they have cameras in the hallways and outside the building,making my daughter and I feel safe. Good breakfast and easy check out at noon! Yay we slept in late last day and was all worth it! Highly recommend this place"
