"The owners were so lovely and friendly. They also provided a few food tips which was perfect as we arrived late evening. Breakfast was a mix of prepped (ex. yogurt, granola) and made to order items (ex. Eggs, bacon), which were great. Location is central, so everything was easily accessible. There’s also an elevator ;) "

"Spent one night here as stopover. Location is great with easy walking distance to Airport or Central station. Very modern and immaculate amenities. Breakfast is serve yourself which is good for an early start. We were even allowed to drop off luggage so we could do some sightseeing. Can’t recommended enough. "

"This was a one night piece of heaven on a 3 week trip. Beautiful space, wonderful people and close to everything including the train station. Their recommendations led us to the best meal of our trip. Their thoughtfulness meant we did not need anything, they had thought of our every need. We will definitely be back, thank you Cini! "Not many perks in this hotel and rooms should be kind of refreshed, although our was very spacious. Nonetheless, the breakfast was rather small but good and the personnel professional. One more star is given due to the average poor conditions of Italian hotels, in Pisa as well. I believe this is one of the best and affordable options in the city."

"A great place to stay in the very centre of Pisa. The property is super clean and very comfortable. Nice touches too like coffee pods, nice shower products, memory foam bed, good quality bedding and soft drinks provided for free. Very secure and safe. "This was perfect for a one night stay in Pisa! Clean room with bright big windows (top floor so no worries on privacy) and friendly reception. The cafe downstairs was a perfect quick breakfast as well."

"Well run accommodation catering to the needs of early morning flight travellers. It does this very well. Clean bathrooms and room with ample sockets for devices handily located next to the beds. Early afternoon check in was much appreciated. Basic breakfast and ok coffee included from 3:30am. 5 mins easy walk to the airport security queue. AC wouldn't go below 23c. It switched itself off during the night so it was 27 when we woke up. The fan only worked when the light was on. It was quiet but...

"The location is excellent for Pisa. Open the room window onto a small balcony looking over the leaning tower. I don’t think there are any hotels with a better view. The photo attached is from the room balcony"

"This was a great place to stay for an early morning flight out of Pisa. The walk to the airport is short and easy. The neighborhood is safe. Inside the Pisaland is a common room with a refrigerator with drinks to buy and complimentary juice, coffee and wrapped pastries. Then you have your own room and bathroom. The room was clean and had air conditioning. Also, the beds were comfortable. The aesthetics feel like you are in an older home. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"Checking in was extremely frustrating! There was no mention of checking in at a different location, only hours for a front desk. When we were finally able to find the check in it was still quite the process to get to the room. There is a kitchen but no microwave, just FYI. The towels for the shower look and feel like large paper napkins."

"We stayed in the room named Torre di Pisa and it has the most amazing view of the tower. It is literally 25 steps away. I would say this view ranks up there as one of the best in the world. Incredible! "

Basic but perfect for overnight stay

"Location is great 2 min walk from central station. Friendly reception staff, helped me out with a plug adaptor when I realised mine wouldn't work! Room was dated but very comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was lovely. Luggage storage was very handy. Would definitely recommend."
