Hospitality they provide are great.. never felt so welcoming as this. first time in hanoi is not an issue, they can provide anything from tour package arrangement, transportation, places to eat, to shop, and even money changer just at front receiptionist. "Right in the old quarter of Hanoi, this beautiful and charming hotel is a true gem. Location is perfect for walking around and immersing yourself into Hanoi culture, food , and handmade goods . The staff ...I honestly cannot express our gratitude nor how ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AND AMAZING they are in words alone . From the BEAUTIFUL girls at front desk to the doorman , unbelievable . A very special thank you to Tamila , she took us in and made everything better than perfect !! Even went so far as to pack us a breakfast /lunch as we left for our flight left before breakfast was served . With staff as truly OUTSTANDING as they are, this place will be the ONLY Hotel I will stay in when in Hanoi . Truly remarkable Thank you so much to you all ❤️🌹"
