"I liked the private jacuzzi I had, 2 things I did not like 1-not hot water on the jacuzzi but the water temperature was ok, 2- is a little far from beach. If you are planning tours with hotel pick-up this hotel may be a good choice, staff is great and premises were very clean during my stay."

"Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? Beautiful setting and grounds....

"Really pleasant stay at Movenpick Bangtao. Its a tad old but the hotel is well maintained and the environment is great for families. It has large rooms, a nice pool and close to the beach. There are mosquitoes though which can be annoying. Overall still 5 star"
