"Checked in and we weren’t able to get into our man. A gentleman that worked there was there and saw our struggled and came right over to help us. He let us in and the room was not cleaned yet but he brought us right down the hall and put us in a suite (an upgrade) for free. The lady at the front desk was super apologetic when I went to get our new room key and was very kind.
