"Eric and Melissa are wonderful hosts and Inn Keepers! So welcoming Ming, friendly, warm and reassuring in a strange place. The Inn and room were great immaculate and cleanest I have experienced. The breakfast were delicious and you felt like royalty being served. Anna was helpful and guided us to know how to experience Savannah Gracious , warm and and a blessing to all who they serve! "

"Entire hotel very recently upgraded & looked great. Hotel staff was very pleasant. Continental breakfast (eggs, saussage, cereal, fruit, waffles) is good & included w/stay but ha same offerings daily...would be nice to have couple things that change if staying longer. Great location w/easy walkable access to alot of areas in the downtown & only ~10 min walk to SCAD The Hive for visiting college kid attending school. Would stay again & recommend hotel. Loved King bedroom layout as was perfect...

"We enjoyed the stay very much. All staff was excellent at check in, the bar and the restaurant…food was excellent! The condition of the room we stayed in could use some sprucing up. It’s a historic building, so it being “old” is understood going into it, but there was ceiling and floor damage, walls could use repainting in many spots and area rugs could use replacing or deep clean. That said, the room was clean, no bad odors, and we did overall enjoy the stay. Wish they had a safe in the room,...

"Beautiful hotel! I was there for a SEASECS conference, and while busy, it was also very nice. My only real complaint is that there were more than a few times during the day, when I came down to the front desk to ask for something. Most of the staff were extremely pleasant. However, there were two women at the desk, who were not helping anyone. I stood there for more than minutes before even being acknowledged. I observed these same two girls doing this same thing to other people as well. They were too busy on their phones. They were the only ones who didn't display an extraordinary amount of empathy, or kindness. Their answers were short and sharp, not just to me, but to everyone. I had come down for a "DND" sign for my door and (after waiting for more than 5 minutes) was perfunctorily told that they didn't have any. No eye contact. No smile. I felt as though I was an inconvenience. Either way, the stay was fantastic, and aside from those two girls (and I don't want to describe them--we all have bad days!), the staff was extraordinarily amazing. I wont let two girls who clearly don't care about their job at such a prestigious hotel keep me from staying again, nor from recommending it to others! I can't wait to come back!"
