the hotel is located in a very nice and convenient place. The parking area is also very advantageous thing in the center. Hotel needs renew as it is old and outdated, but the location, settlement of the rooms, pool, restaurant is very good. I am sure after the renovation this place will be the one of the best in Chios. The hotel crew was super nice, thanks to all of them.

The hotel is located 10 minutes away from the city center and just in front of the beach. The garden, swimming pool and restaurant were just great. The room is spacious enough but needs some refreshments together with the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was so delicious, breakfast is very good.

This property was ideal as it was within walking distance to Chios Town, however provided it’s own facilities such as a pool, breakfast daily, a bar, and friendly staff available as required. Overall stay was good. Friendly staff, good service, and a good selection for breakfast (cooked and continental). What lets the hotel down is the tired rooms and bathroom towels. In need of replacement.

The hotel has a variety of rooms, and has multiple buidlings, they are all very nice, however something to be aware of is there is a mother cat with kittens on the property and she is aggressive. We were just walking by and i heard growling and hissing and we were at least a good 8 feet away. The pool is very nice as well, very deep on the deep end, perhaps 15 feet.

There were bedbugs in my room, I couldn't tell the difference because I've never seen bedbugs before and now my whole body is full of bites, they never checked and didn't take the necessary pest control and cleaning precautions, it's a very disturbing situation, it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Good location, walking distance to port and city center, friendly staff, but room very outdated, need serious update. Nothing like the pictures you see on Expedia. I think the pictures you see when booking are from the main building. But the property has several small buildings around the the main building. we stayed in the "Villa Palace" in the rear, by the parking lot. Even the blankets are very old.

Great location if you have a car. Restaurant is not good at all. Ordered 3 things and got totally different 3 things, its like the substitute without asking you depending on what they have and dont have.
