The staff knew who to expect and promptly checked on our stay and departure, showing genuine care and concern. Their hospitality was truly top-notch. My only regret is not staying longer than a day. Seven Terraces is definitely a place that feels like home."

"Everything was good and well and we checked in early but we left our luggage with the concierge and went for shopping. The hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. They called and updated our room was ready and helped us to keep our luggage in the room. It’s a very nice hotel but one thing to improve on the quality of their breakfast & more options available. Breakfast is lovely with a selection of choices, didn't try the restaurant in the evening as was too busy trying the multitude of dining options around George Town.
