"Our stay was wonderful. Room was clean and has toiletries and slippers in case you forgot them at home. We did not have a car so parking wasn’t required but I was told that it’s difficult to find parking in Penang. On the hotels.com description it says close to shopping Center which I think is referring to Time square however that mall is closed. There are other shopping areas just a little farther away. The street where the hotel is located. The food stalls open at night and you can gets some pretty tasty food there as well as fresh juices "

"Incredible stay. The hotel structure itself is beautiful and the ambiance is very inviting. The room was spacious comfortable rooms. Location is prime walking distance to all the hot spots in Georgetown. Breakfast was thoughtful and delicious. Finally, the hotel staff, particularly Amer, are incredibly welcoming, warm, and make you feel so comfortable & safe during your stay. My only wish is that we had stayed longer! "
