"My GF and I stayed here last year and the only reason we stayed again was because we were familiar with the property and it has a great location. Ironically, we were put into the same room we stayed in the previous year. I can tell you that we will NOT be back. When we arrived,even though the hotel was not full they made us wait until 3 to check in. "The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...
